My name is Kristyn Hughes. I am currently a sophomore at Georgia Southern University. I began writing a few years ago. It's definitely a passion of mine. It was a way to express myself without having to open my mouth. My poems express things that my mouth couldn't even put into words. A lot of my poems are based on some experiences that I have been through myself. It has become a wonderful outlet for me and it is something that I want to continue to do for the rest of my life.
