          Well we have one for you! Welcome to our first Halloween themed short story competition.
          
          Just ensure your story follows one of these genres Horror, Vampire, Werewolf, Mystery, Thriller, Fantasy, Sci-fi and Historical.
          
          You can either write a new short story or submit a short excerpt from a book that you have already written
          
          The max word count is 1,500.  The deadline for this competition  will be Saturday 25th October at 14:00pm (BST). With our winner being announced on the 31st of October.

          Hello author!!
          
          We just wanted to drop a little update. After giving it some thought, we’ve decided to put Pages N Proses on hold for now. The main reason is the lack of active participation lately—it feels unfair to keep things running half-heartedly when the spirit of the club is meant to be about sharing, bonding, and enjoying stories together.
          
          This isn’t a goodbye though! Think of it as a short break. We truly appreciate everyone who joined, supported, and showed love to the club. When the interest sparks up again, we’ll happily reopen and bring the community back stronger than ever.
          
          Until then writing your heart out, and carrying stories wherever you go. Books never leave us, and neither will we.
