Hey, so, algebra is usually taught in 9th grade, which means pre algebra would be taught in 8th. It's been confirmed that Percy Jackson is in 6th grade in “The Lightning Thief.” That implies that Percy is two years above his grade level in mathematics. For all the fandom treats him like a powerful, but somewhat dim, person, Percy Jackson must be fairly intelligent.

@Silver_Rapier I know this is an old message but I just realised that Percy would have been an average math student over here, cause we learnt basic algebra when we were 11-12
