Heyyy!
I'm a huge fan of Seven Deadly Sins, Yona of the Dawn, Fullmetal Alchemist, Demon Slayer, Violet Evergarden, Your Lie in April, and-
Okay, probably more anime than is healthy.
Everyone seems to put super clever things in their bio, and every time I look through someone else's I fall into the dark hole of 'I wish I wrote that!'
Which is great and all, except for the fact that I didn't.
So, I'll talk about my writing process instead. I can't botch that up, right?
1. They say write what you know, so let me take over western civilization, usurp evil governments, grow wings, and take over the world while sipping a strawberry smoothie.
2. Now I actually have to write my totally real experiences! But fear not, I just have to step into a magical invention that takes all my ideas and plops them right down on the page!
Oh wait, that only exists in my imagination. Whoopsie-daisy!
3. They say you have to do this... monstrous thing called editing, so let me see. Are all the manticore fights accurate? Wait... gravity pushes things up, right? Hmm... okay, I might need some work on that.
4. Now, hit that publish button! Of course I'm not obsessing over every single detail at this stage! Of course not! Haha... *nervous sweating ensues. Worry not! I have my helper gremlins who shall judge everything I write! I... think. Except for the teensy problem that they don't exist.
Well... I'm sure I can manage without!
5. Crawl into the cave from which I emerged and promise myself that I won't check for notifications-
Wait. Has it been two seconds since I last checked? Is there an update-
- Fighting manticores and saving the world... for writing experience.
