How's it going, Silvia? :)

@SilviaODwyer Yeah. It's GETTING the novel to go big that's the problem. XD I can't really get people to read my stuff. :P Awesome! ;) Have fun with your Leaving Cert, I'm sure you'll do great! No problem. It was great talking to you again too!

@RCFletcher Yeah, to be honest, I haven't been feeling Watty either, but it's the best we've got for now. The only advantage to Wattpad is that if your novel "goes big", it gets seen by millions of readers. If you enter any of your novels, for example "Rachel Andric and the Story" in the Wattys 2017 or 2018, you might have a decent chance of winning. Wattpad has some good tools for exposure when it comes to aspiring authors. So make sure to give those a try if you want. When I finish my Leaving Cert, I'd *love* to work on whatever group book you have going on in the future. I can certainly contribute a good few paragraphs, and I look forward to it for sure. See you then! And thanks again for dropping by. It was a pleasure to talk to you. :-)

@SilviaODwyer Awesome! I've been writing a ton, LOL. It's basically all I do. That and try and finish my schoolwork so I can graduate. @__@ To be honest, I haven't been feeling Wattpad, but it's about the only place out there. I don't get many reads or votes. How about you? Do you like Wattpad? I wish you could join the sci-fi, but I get that you're busy! Let me know when you finish if you're still interested. We'd be glad to have you!

Nice to see you here, Silvia. I'm into Quantum Physics too, but just as a layperson! I love the subatomic weirdness, but the equations do my head in! :P When you can, please check out my 'Story Elements' survey on our 'Making Stories' thread. It's an illuminating look at what authors feel are the most important aspects of storytelling (and writing): #Comment_39740646" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">https://www.wattpad.com/forums/discussion/comment/39740646 #Comment_39740646</a> Hope you find it interesting, enjoy your stay on Wattpad! (;_;)

You're welcome, Silvia, and thanks for the follow-back! It's all about adaptation here on Watty, getting involved and sharing with others. There are so many layers to this site, I haven't even scratched the surface! I've been quite active on the forums, trying to jumpstart a thread or two! Like I mentioned, they're a bit deficient compared to WriteOn, but it's all we have. I'm trying to convince the admins to make some essential improvements, hope they listen! I know next to nothing about the authoring interface here, but plan to upload a story in the near future. Just something I started years ago but didn't get around to finishing. At least now I'm part of a writers' community, so can get much-needed encouragement and motivation! Yeah, it's a great idea applying Quantum phenomena to fiction. There's loads of possibilities, and it gives that edge of realism (albeit weird :) to Sci-Fi. One aspect that intrigues me is the 'entanglement' of particles with their instantaneous, FTL link no matter how many light years apart they are (Einstein hated that). Cheers, it's great to connect with fellow writers who share similar interests, and I'm glad I met you! Keep that muse going and flowing! :¬)

@ScribeRyan Hey, Ryan! It's great to see you here! There certainly is quite a unique atmosphere to WattPad, and I'm slowly learning the ropes to it. It's quite similar to WriteOn, except the sheer vastness of it really does swallow everyone into its landscape. But to be honest, it's quite refreshing to meet fellow WriteOn members here, too! Thanks for following me and for thinking of me. You like quantum physics? Oh, I absolutely adore it. I've been working on some short stories where quantum physics explains the change in setting, etc. Quantum physics allows writers to get away with a lot of things. ;-) Certainly, I think quantum physics and fiction need to meet one day; the combination has got quite a bit of untapped potential. And I tend to like maths and its equations, but quantum physics' equations really and truly are mind-bending. (I'm still working on figuring those out.) Things in quantum physics that blew my mind include the observer in the double slit experiment, the collapse of the wave-function, and so much more. There are too many secrets to be derived from quantum physics, but hopefully, we will keep making advances in it (if that's even possible). Thanks for dropping by, Ryan. :-)

Hiii, Silvia!

@SilviaODwyer I've been hanging around here since October, but I guess now would be a good time to start taking a more active role on here. It's so much BIGGER. (And I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing.) Anyway, it's amazing to see you here--I was worried you wouldn't move sites. Feel free to stop by and chat anytime. :D

@RCFletcher Hi RC! It's so cool to see you here on WattPad! It's such a change from WriteOn, I must say. But thanks for following me, I've followed you too. We, WriteOn writers must stick together. :-)
