Can someone of these insta influencers stop influencing people into thinking that 'if your friend doesn't have time for you, doesn't go out with you when you say, then you are not good friends! Etc etc" ???
Like I get it, many friends just give excuses to not meet and that's ok to not be friends with them. But WHEN?
When you know that they are actually NOT BUSY and it's been a LOOONG TIME since these excuses are rising!
If you have friends who you know havs busy schedules and can mostly only chat or only meet after a specific month or so, then respect that naa! That's how relationship works, you care about eachother, understand eachother!
My 6-7 years of friendship went down the drain because that girl thought "Friends meet all the time! You don't arrange any meets anymore!" Are toh tu bhi toh puch ki kabh mil sakte hai? Are you free? When you are free then we will meet, why do you always expect the other person to be free for you????

I recently saw a reel, which perfectly summarises why the # proudrword is not a good action.
There is 1 girl, who is repeatedly r*ped, called out r word multiple times a day, is forced to be with men many times etc etc and is trapped in this hell whole for God knows how long.
And then there is other person, who is called r word multiple times, in dms and in real life too, and is reclaiming th r word.
What difference does this make to the 1st person? Is she saved? No. Does she has to literally live like a toy and r every single day? Yes.
And yes, I completely agree that Dvija's proudr word has bought some attention to the fact how difficult it is to live like a girl in India, how literal minors have to hear this word since childhood, completely agreed.
But this has been told many times, by various girls and boys also hearing their own parents saying this. Any change? None.
There are various ways she can use her platform to spread awareness related to this issue.
Mask out those men who say rword and various derogatory words on insta and YouTube, send this screenshot to their mom and sister and show them what they feel. In fact in this way various women will actually help you in this way to expose such men!
But no, reclaiming the rword was the perfect way to do this.

@Silvie1325 agreed with you what I think of awkward goat is that she is a gray influencer she wants to do good but her actions aren't always correct. Her approaches her weird and she is afraid of taking accountability for it which is very sad because that's something useless men do (not all of them, the toxic ones). However, I do not want to for the what aboutism but I lowkey do know that she is problematic yet not as much as majority of male influencers out there who legit get away with whole lot of things only for being an XY chromosome and honestly she would have also been left out if she wasn't XX. YET what makes feminists different is we should stand for equal opportunities and equal share of taking accountability not going on in circles or having gender biases. Feminism is NOT misandry Yet she at times seems more like the latter than the former.
