Hello! For those reading The Rebellious Mate & Alpha X, I won't be able to update this weekend. Hopefully y'all have a great valentines day and a good weekend. 
          So... I don't think elder characters get enough love in mainstream fiction, especially fantasy. They're either categorised as the benevolent mentor or the evil establishment to rebel again. Or they're killed off :P
          Herod Oppenheimer is my favourite character... more so because he represents not just an idealist turned relativist, but also the price of turning dreams into reality. And he isn't even the MC of the story yet he's stolen the show (for me)!
          It's been a pleasure to write his chapters, especially The Tale of TWO Proud Fathers and The Final Gamble. I'll miss him.
