Hi anyone who might bother to read this!

I am by profession a guitarist/musisican. My website is www.simondavies.co.uk. I was lead guitarist in AC/DC Tribute band Dirty DC 1999-2014. I've also written and recorded many styles of music including a symphonic rock album 'Critical Mass', and many further instrumental albums, freeform and structured soundscapes with themes in nature for relaxation, atmosphere, meditation etc.

I have written various stories and prose, including fantasy, supernatural, factual, children's, the rock'n'roll lifestyle, and others. Some fun stories for kids, and some more grown-up and darker stuff too.

'The Arrowstone' was my first book which has been sitting in the cupboard for decades; I thought I'd try and do something with it. It's a Tolkien-style fantasy novel that I started at school when I was 15 and finished in my early 20s. It is obviously influenced by 'The Lord of the Rings', and reading it now that is more obvious than ever; however it took many years and much editing to get to what it is now so I thought i might as well put it up for any Fantasy fans and see what happens, if anything. Will be posting some very different stuff up soon and I'll take it from there!

Thanks a lot

Hi yes have had it on and off for years! So I wrote about it. It's not as bad these days but it's often on the periphery of my awareness, do you have it?
