Hello SimplyRayLove.
I've been reading and rereading your book Devon blue for years now and never reached out to truly appreciate and acknowledge how much of an impact it's had on me over the years.
It's my go-to book and I love how raw and deeply it goes into mental health, healing and true fulfillment through community which are invaluable assets in a person's life.
Would you please consider writing another book in Chase's pov
What happened to him when Devon left for treatment in London
How did he see things when they were growing up
What did the growing distance between him and Devon look like to him?
How did he feel about it
Did he ever truly try to reach out to her
How did he leave with his parents who visited Devon and still had no idea where she was
What was his individual relationship with his parents like before and after him and Devon drifted apart?
I have a lot more questions about this but I'll stop here for now.
Growing, I've come to understand that no one is ever really entirely cruel, no one is born having the intention to hurt others and no one just suddenly becomes a villain or an enemy.
Something along the way triggers these things.
At some point we all hurt someone on purpose or by accident.
Life is humbling like that because hurt people hurt people. But I love the ultimate lesson that remains in my heart every time I reread Devon Blue.
It's to choose your peace, your happiness, your healing, what makes life worthwhile for you, and forgiveness over revenge.
How you use the power you're given deterred a lot.
