I miss being able to move freely without my body feeling like its buckling into itself.
I miss being able to cart wheel and do ariels.
I miss being able to walk around without my knees giving out.
I miss feeling lighter, less achy and less tired.
People constantly tell me i’ll get better if i exercise more or walk more, but every step is crippling and every time i try and exercise my body feels like it sinking and on fire.
Yes exercise may help but what if i just want to feel like i used to.
Th input isn’t as helpful as everyone seems to think.
I wanna Walk normally.
