sorry for the radio silence, actually been completely reworking the story.
          
          these first 10 (11 when its done) chapters are going to turn into an entire book.  chapter 11, originally meant to be a first third, will now be the final act.  
          
          so actually im not going to finish 11 for now and will begin this pretty big rework process.

Chapter 6 is out!  Dengarl, Tattle, and the girl meet a certain fiery Commander Mackenzie Kenze.  Dengarl's small band of misfits need to find their way in this strange interlude, as they all know (or at least Dengarl and Tattle know) that the next step ahead will be a hard one.  For now, enjoy the peace.
