So, I have an idea that might work. (I'm not an expert on these things or growing my own wings tho soooooo) If you have a deivice like a phone or tablet, go onto the app store and download finch. Make a finch, and go into the icon on the top right corner of the screen. Press that, then go into soundscapes. Listen to some of the soundscapes, then listen to a sub. That might help a lot.
