Firstly I just want to say that I love the premise of your story Arams Battalion, but I have to ask. Was it inspired by the Tomorrow When the War Began series? I only ask because it is one of my all time favourite series and I can’t help but notice the similarities between it and your story. To be clear, I don’t have a problem with your story, regardless of your answer. But if the similarities are pure coincidence, I urge you to read the tomorrow series, as it is an all time classic Australian teen book series. In fact John Marsden was one of my favourite authors when I was a teenager and I would recommend reading everything he wrote, simply for it’s literary prowess. But also if you’re looking for inspiration you won’t find a better series.

@SkyiloveHockey Thanks for the recommendations. I’ll add them to my long list of books to read. Good luck with the tomorrow series!

@T4les0fTe4 Oh! It was The Messenger by Marucs Zusack that I had to read in grade 10! Hazza P! ;) I could read the Percy Jackson series all I want and the harry potter cuz I own the books but I will always want a copy of the limited edition versons, however I've already spent hundreds on books :/

I just gota wait till the libary is open after Christmas, lol. I think I started reading the second book whilst at school around two years afterwards since I read the first 1. I got swamped with assessments tho:(

As for my book recomendations you should try The Medorian Chroncials by Lynette Noni (first book is Arkanae) who is an Aussie author.

            And Leigh Bardugo's Grishaverse.

THE TEMPTAITION TO WRITE ON CHRISTMAS EVE IS KILLING ME. CAN IT BE XMAS ALREADY!!!!

Mate you gotta read those books! Let me put it this way if someone told me I could read any book I wanted for the first time again. I would be paralysed by indecision, stuck staring at a copy of The Book Thief by Marcus Zusack beside a copy of Monsoon by Wilbur Smith. And right beside those would be the entire Tomorrow When the War Began Series! Actually… not to digress but Harry Potter would probably be somewhere in the discussion as well… Now I think about it, that would probably be an impossible choice, but my point still stands, if I could go back in time and read the entire Tomorrow Series for the first time, I would, and you can, so DO IT!
I’m not sure I would be much help as it’s been about ten years since I last read the series, so I can only really remember the key moments, but I’ll definitely give your story a look when you post the updated version. Good luck with it and keep up the great work Oh and Merry Christmas!

Dam, I haven't told u guys?!

          TWO WEEKS AGO I GRADUATED!!!

So, now I'm free from school forever and now I have a shit tone of free time. I've been working on stories and updaiting some as u may have seen but I haven't really gone all out on getting back into writing.

I guess with all of my exams I just told myself that I would focus on each one of them as they cam, luckily for me all of them excpt for two back to back were one week after another on their own so I had a whole week to prepare for them. And when I wasn't studying or revising I was writing to clam myself down and further my writing stamina so I could writw for over 2 hours.

But enough blabing. I graduated 2 weeks ago today, I've been unintentionally taking time off, which I didn't really mean to do. Intially I wanted to start writing around 2-3 days after but I crashed with catching up on sleep and having to get used to my routine changing. So I ended up writting and typing threw the weeks and ocasionly editing and uploading (working mostly on the deul account). But now, I'm feeling more used to the change, it is weird however, I'm ready to start uploading again.

So without further ado; ppl I am back
