I dunno why, but anytime I look for a specific fanfic, it feels so,,,, bad reading it to the point I feel obligated to write my own version of it. Especially when there's mostly female x readers. Gotta do my fellow men out there justice yknow?
That and like,,,, the fangirling inserted into it makes it outputting. Like "OMG so hawt" or whatever kinda,,, puts me off. I may be picky and have high standards but I just want something to be... readable. There's people I follow nowadays that write pretty well and are like,,, freshmen in highschool. Or younger. What I'm saying is, I just like things that have more thought and passion in them yknow?
Hey man, I’m the same way. I used to write like 200 word fanfics and think “yeah, this is it.” (Including mega fangirling and yes, emojis). Now, I can barely stand the thought of even bad punctuation. I do the same thing sometimes, and never really publish them just because I’ll feel bad since it’s not my original thought/idea. So don’t worry, you’re definitely not the only one. (And yessss, we need more x male!readers... the girls have so many)
