@SlightlyUnoriginal I try really hard to maintain my practice time of about an hour and a half every night. My school gave me a French horn because they didnt need it and it was broken. So I got it repaired and I've been working diligently. :) and thank you by the way. For reading & voting. That's amazing. 

@writing_for_hope Lol, I'm actually new to it, so don't take advice from me. XD I've been going at it for about a year now and-holy crap, FOUR octaves! Yeah, you don't need my help. XD I'm a native alto sax player, but I love to get my hands on a bari whenever I can. Mello's a lot easier than a french horn, I can tell you that much, lol. I actually read your story, I gave it a vote. :D Keep it going! You're doing great.

By the way, could you check out my story? I'm really worried how it's goin to turn out. I don't know If I should continue or if it's a bad idea....??

@SlightlyUnoriginal oh my gosh! You're a singer too!! So am I! I'm a soprano singer. I'm excited to find a fellow band kid! How is playing mello? And how are you on French horn? I have about a 4 octave range right now. Started working on it, I think around June, and I would love some advice. By the way, you better respect me as a female Bari. It's my first instrument. And I could blow your mind away. Aint no one going to beat me!!!!

@writing_for_hope Yeah, I do actually. I play sax- I can always respect a good female bari player, lol- I also play french horn and mellophone for marching season. :) I also sing bass in chorus. I appreciate the advice, thank you for that. :D I'll definitely give it another go.

@SlightlyUnoriginal listen to the music, to the ups and downs and listen to your heart. It'll help to lead the story. The words should flow just right behind it. 

@SlightlyUnoriginal   Yes I'm a musician. I'm currently the drum major for my marching band, but I play saxophone (Proud Bari Female may I add), bassoon recently, and clarinet and flute from middle school. I'm working on French horn. Do you play in band?

@writing_for_hope Thank you for the suggestion. :) Maybe I'll try to get back into writing, hopefully I find that inspiration somewhere in music to help me. You're a musician too? :D What do you play?
