I dabble in writing here and there, but I'm more of a reader than anything.
Right now I'm reading Agatha Cristie (yes, on paper *GASP!*). The Murder of Roger Ackroyd was AMAZING. SUCH a good twist at the end. I generally dislike twists at the end of the story, but this one was done so well that the whole mystery falls into place in the last three or four pages.
I'm a total spelling and grammar fanatic, so if you'd like me to beta a story, send me a message. I do not profess to be perfect, however, and will occasionally make mistakes - I do hope you'll forgive me.
Perhaps someday you'll see something on here from me. I'm inclined to write a mystery, but I have no idea how to go about doing so... It would have to be set in ages long past, as I have no real knowledge of current crime-fighting tactics and would butcher any attempt at writing if I used said tactics.
Also, the old-fashioned writing style slightly displayed here? Agatha's influence, I tell you!
I do have a good 20,000 word story that I did for NaNoWriMo a few years back, but I doubt it's going anywhere anytime soon. Maybe I'll post it at some point...
Good day, my dear sirs and madams, and I hope you have a happy time reading and writing.
Shameless plug: Read The Plague of Blood by coyotelaughing. GOOD STUFF RIGHT THERE YESSIRREEBOB.

I miss you too. :) Watching HatVentures, of course! I'm pretty sure those guys are the ones who say "copy-de-pasty". And yeah, I'll do that. :) Keep on keeping on!View all Conversations
