I got a profile makeover, but tried to keep things consistent with the general feline and utterly unrelated background theme

@Smudge357 Hiya! I don’t know if you remember me from school or not like almost a decade ago, but I suddenly thought about you a while back and wanted to check in! I did send you a message on here a while back but Wattpad seems to have deleted messages now so thats great haha. Hope you’re doing okay, and if you remember me and want to catch up at some point I would absolutely love to!

It's at this loint that I must grovel to all my lovely readers and state loud and clear that I have not forgotten about my books! Year two of uni has kicked my butt but also been amazing so between work this summer I want to return to my stories that I love so much. To give a little hope, I was working on metamorphic last night and hope to tonight as well. Thank you for your patience and I'll see you all soon in an author's note!

*logs into wattpad on my laptop for the first time in forever*
*sees a month old message from an old wattpad friend*
*weeps from the mixture wholesomeness and anxiety that I've missed it for so long*

Guess who got her first COVID vaccine today?! (Yes, I did shit bricks whilst it was being done and I now feel like someone has decked me in the arm and it's keeping me awake, but I'm so happy i got one)

Smudge357

@Timegear33 thank you! If it eases your eorries any, I had absolutely no side effects besides for a achy arm and my two friends who also got it also only had achy arms for the days afterwards. But ultimately it is your choice!

Congratulations for doing something so brave and selfless for the world. While I personally still have my doubts about the vaccine, I am glad that there are people out there willing to help get everyone out of this pandemic for good.

So I thought I'd shoot a quick update to y'all: firstly, thank you and hello to my new followers! I'm so sorry that I haven't been able to leave individual thanks on your pages like I normally do, but know that I'm very grateful to each one of you! On a second note: I finally hit 300 followers! It's not much in the grand scheme of things but considering I've been hovering just under 300 for years now, this feels like an invisible barrier broken, so once again, thank all of you so much!

Now to go and jump back into Metamorphic and hope I'm not too lost on picking it back up!

A quick update: Hey guys, I know you've had some radio silence for a while, so I'm just putting this out to ease any worries about Metamorphic. It is NOT ON HIATUS. I have a lot of work on my plate at the moment and writing within an existing story arc presents many more challenges than writing original content, so it takes longer anyway naturally. I hope to get back into it properly closer to Easter but thank you to all of my readers for your patience, and I hope to see you all real soon!

Until then, time for me to stare absentmindedly at a presentation draft I cannot be motivated to work on but which is due in soon!
