Chapter 2 of NC is coming out tomorrow! Hopefully this weekend I get myself sorted and settled for the rest of the semester and have more time to write so I can get a jump on Chapters 6 and ahead. As it stands, my goal is to write at least 5 more chapters by winter break, then 5-10 chapters during break, 5 more chapters during next semester, and finishing the book next summer. I think this is a much more realistic way of breaking up my writing goals with my spontaneous writing habits combined with work and school schedules. We'll see how it works out!

Unpublished No Chance for a couple days because I'm getting ready to start posting the latest (and hopefully last) draft starting this Friday. Chapters will be posted every other Friday unless I have internet issues that evening (which may only happen depending on hurricane season, fingers crossed my home stays good and dry through to November), in which case I'll post the chapter as soon as I get a connection after that Friday.
          
          It's not complete yet, but I have a good schedule for balancing studying and writing and have completed about a fifth of it - with a decent chunk of scenes of future chapters, bringing me almost to two-fifths. Might also write and post one or two AU or side stories that I do along the way just as writing exercises to get through writer's block.
          
          Also, I'm changing the cover, the stylization of the face-claims, and the playlist. (I HAD to do something when writer's blocks hit me, and that's what I did.)

It's been a while since I used this account, but 2020 and 2021 hit all of us hard. For anyone interested in knowing what's happening with No Chance, the bad news is that I'm working on it in private and I won't post any parts until it's done. 
          
          The good news is that I'll be participating in National Novel Writing Month throughout November! I hope to finish at least a chapter a day, unless mitigating circumstances with college/work prevent that.
          
          But I'm ready to write this book! In the last week, I reworked my original outline for it, which will greatly help me in writing it. As it stands right now, there's only going to be 25 chapters in the end if I stick to the outline, but the chapters may be in the 3000-4000 range for word count rather than my old 1700-2500 range.

just finished the last updated chapter of 'no chance'. i'm not sure if you're going to update it still but I just wanted to say how much I love it! it's so wholesome and makes me so happy and comfortable reading it  thanks for it, I wish there was more! hope everything is fine!
