Which sites or apps do you guys use when you make your covers for your stories/Books?

Here's to all my followers. You may have not seen any updates on my latest story 'Our True Colours, At the Nexus of Silk & Chain'. I have posted 3 more chapters to the story yet it's been held as private since last May (2014), yet they are now fully published for all to see and read.
          
          I have Chapters 6 and 7 to write but there's Chapter 3 to 5 for you to read and maybe you could go back the first chapter. Chapter 6 is going to be a Doozy and 7 will be just... very nice and relaxing but still may arouse you to the point where you feel you need to try something intimately new.
