          I really struggle to talk about these things, I’m not good at getting my feelings out over text, so instead I’ll link some petitions for the BLM cause as well as the murders of George Floyd and Breonna Taylor. They were victims of a hate crime, as well as the many other black people who were murdered for no reason by police and many more who were victims of police brutality and white supremacy just this year. It’s disgusting, and we should be spreading the word about this movement as much as we can.

Ok, considering the fact that I’ve seen a lot of books doing this, Ive decided to address it.
          
          In the game Kindergarten, you play as a FIVE YEAR OLD who is stuck in a time loop and goes through the same day of school over and over, doing quests for most is the character  and gaining items along the way. You also die a fair amount, and anyone who is familiar with the game or franchise is aware of this. You go through a day and interact with other five year olds, who are attending the same Kindergarten as you, and while they are very mature in some respects, they are also still 5 year olds who are learning, this being demonstrated in fact that most of the characters (Including our Protagonist) cannot read.
          
          Now, you may be wondering why I’m addressing this game, and why I’ve decided to emphasise the ages of the characters in it. This is because a large amount of people have decided that it is ok to romantically and sexually pair the characters together, totally ignoring the face that they are five year olds, and therefore need to be treated like five year olds. They are being drawn in mature positions, being written about doing mature acts (EG making out) and are being overall made to look much older than they are. At the age of five, kids are learning to read and interact with each other, not making out in the teachers lounge. 
          
          Yes, there are some cannon ships in the game, but these are either between adults or are totally innocent, like giving a peck in the cheek, or setting each other up on a date. 
          
          If you make the Kindergarteners sexualised, sit and think about that- you are shipping five year olds, and are ruining the innocence that is associated with that fandom. You are verging on paedophilia, and it is NOT OK.
