Imagine a Shadow Slave x COTE fic. Forgotten shore is already peak so I don’t think that should be changed, but seeing how Kiyo would go through the First Nightmare could be pretty interesting. I’m not gonna be doing it tho, but if anyone ever does, please tag me in it.

Almost an hour late for my time but Happy New Years!! Can’t wait for another year of reading ffs/mangas/manhwas/lns. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to escape from this hole, haha. I’m way too far in to stop. I’d recommend spending some time with your family if possible, I’m positive it’ll be a nice experience.

Yo quick update, I got accepted into one of the universities I applied to, still got two more early action ones and a couple regular decision ones to go, but I’m off to a good start. It’s a decent school with a nice computer science program, but I wasn’t as concerned about getting in since it was ultimately one of my safeties. Still, I’m pretty excited, and I’m looking forward to the future.

Started reading Shadow Slave about 2-3 weeks ago, finished it yesterday. Definitely a great read. My favorite arc is probably the Forgotten Shore arc, just how it ends and some memorable moments like the Soul Tree fiasco made me a big fan. Sunny had some amazing character development, and I’m obviously an enjoyer of Nephis x Sunny. Their moments are usually short but sweet. 2000 chapters is a lot(obviously), but I definitely recommend it to anyone who’s got some time on their hands.

About done with my early action college applications. It’s wouldn’t have been so stressful if I hadn’t procrastinated the majority of it until recently. All I really need to do now is apply for scholarships and FAFSA in December. Then I can cruise through senior year and read more LNs(I’m addicted). I’ve been reading through Roshidere, a couple volumes to go, and the Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten.

Anyone got any good LNs to suggest? I’ve been thinking of starting to read more, but I’m not sure where to start. I’ve really only read like 4, those being COTE, ORV, Trash of the Count’s Family, and Pick Me Up, Infinite Gacha. I’m fine with reading anything, from romcom to shonen. I’m really trying to take my mind off college applications.

I’m now realizing how easily the wording of questions can influence your answer. I’m taking a psychology class, and for an activity we were given a sort of survey/questionnaire. For example, one of the questions was “Is the Mississippi River longer or shorter than 500 miles?” and followed up with “How many miles long is it?” Almost everyone chose an answer that was somewhat close to the point of reference they got, so it was divided between 2 distinct groups since there was 2 different points of references depending on which version you got. People who got the “500” one usually had an answer close to it, as with the people who got the “2000” one. I originally thought it was between 1000 and 2000 miles, but since I got the 500 one, I decided to go lower and closer to 500, so I wrote 800 miles. Pretty interesting.
