Sneak peek of “Wait- where are we again?” Chapter One:
          
          I notice someone still collapsed, closeby to where I had been. Loose feathers are strewn through hys brown hair, two wings laying limply on the sides of hys head, and two twitching, attached to hys back. Hy looks young, yet the amount of pale gold scars littered about hys body tells a different story. Hy has one actively bleeding wound, the colour of the blood gold. The word comes to my mind and this time I manage to grasp it, rather than just the wisp of a lost memory fading before I can process its brief appearance. Ichor.
