HOLY FUCKING SHIT GUYS
          
           *DEEP BREATH*
          
           TODAY'S. MY. FIRST. TIME. AUDITIONING. FOR. A. SCHOOL. EVENT.
          
           Our advisor Ms. Joy (please do NOT mention Inside Out) mentioned to us during the morning assembly about a cool event for talents (I forgot what the title was but I remember it has the word 'Variety' in it). Only two people were allowed amongst our batchmates; so when five people raised their hands, Ms. Joy thought that it would be best to hold an auditioning period during lunch break—specifically from 12 to 12:30PM (there was one section who had an early lunch period so the volunteer from that section was allowed to perform at 11:40AM).
          
           I was the second to the last person to sign up for auditioning. Since I was good at singing (I'm the theater mf) I chose to sing a song as my talent. The thing is, I didn't know what to sing because almost EVERY song I'm familiar with contains topics that do NOT represent a Catholic.
          
           At the last minute, I found a song in my 'favorites' playlist that I discovered last year called 'The World We Knew (Over and Over) by Frank Sinatra. I was relieved when I heard from my friend Margaux (she also auditioned) that we were able to use our phones for the lyrics. So, yeah, I sang the complete song, but before I started I was literally freaking out. Sweating and heavy breathing and allat shit. The teachers loved it so I know I hopefully have a chance.
          
           But OH MY DAYS I hope I pass and also WON'T pass. I don't wanna fail during the event, but atleast my parents would be proud of me :))))

So, here's what happened in the past few days. 
          
          We went on a field trip which was fucking shit because no devices were allowed. Crazy 'cuz I got to play during the entire field trip last school year.
          
           We visited the National Museum of Fine Arts and then the Museum of Natural History! We were STILL not allowed to take photos in the Fine Arts one (but was for an explainable reason; flashing lights makes the paint fade away) but idgaf anymore and I secretly took around twelve photos. One of the people on the portraits were fine af but I think that's kinda disrespectful for me to mention 
          
           The funny thing was that...
           1. The tour guide (a gal) gave us a recitation or quiz or whatever and I correctly answered two questions because I looked it up on Google :>
           2. There were booklets offered to us today (the field trip was on Tuesday) that had questions that rely on what we remembered from the museums. Post Script, no one finished their booklets because it was handed out on the last subject.
