Once you die. You go through the amount of physical/mental/emotional/sexual (you get it) pain you put someone through x2(pain) x3 (time) before your eternal bliss. It has restrictions tho. Like you can't think of anything you want and get it. It's a place with your favourite things and memories and favourite people (if you want) where you spend eternity. You cannot harm anyone in the eternal bliss. It is unable to happen
