fuck i might actually cry so there was this school therapist (guidance counsellor) she's annoying as fuck and pressed me every time i visited her but i let out shit cause i never could before and had told her and another therapist (also guidance counsellor) that i have sh before, now there's a parent teacher interview in a few weeks and even though she's not a teacher, my mother told me she had gotten an email to talk for "ways to help me" now ive convinced her to just have a quick hello and im planning tomorrow to go and tell the therapist as respectfully as i can for the lying bitch who has to tell my mother ive sh'ed that itll only be a hello and to not tell anyone. is this a good plan what do i fucking do

@Dragon-Kitty56 it's been about a few months so my memory is a little blurry but the two therapists were asking me about my family and then the big question "have you self harmed?" i tried avoiding it then it was basically scoped out and i said yes. next session with only the main female one, she said "you know ill have to report this right?"
