TAKE TIME TO READ THIS:

As for the three books I completed before, I've decided not to bring them back. Not because they lacked meaning, but because I've outgrown the version of myself who wrote them. 

When I revisited those pages, I saw a sixteen year old girl. Still young, naive, and seeing the world through rose-colored lenses. A girl who believed in love stories that didn't make sense. Back then, I romanticized the wrong things, unaware of the weight of reality. Sobrang bata ko pa po talaga noon, hindi pa alam ang redflags and i find it super cringe. But despite that, I'll always be grateful to her for starting it all. For teaching me to write. For giving me something to let go of. 

Now, I carry a different perspective, more wiser, more grounded, and more open to truth. Letting go of those stories isn't a loss. It's a proof of how much I've grown. And growth, after all, means knowing when to move forward.
