The Hero
My sweet and cordial hero,
You swore you’ll always be there,
To hold up pretty mirror,
To dry my tears and pillow.
When clouds turned dark and thicker,
When world’s roar made me listen,
You held my hand and whispered,
You were the one, the keeper.
My sweet and tender hero,
You opened my soul’s windows.
You said I’m very special,
My pain was inferential.
For weeks my step was firmer,
I had my rock to lean on,
My smile was getting bolder,
I felt becoming stronger!
My sweet, forgetful hero,
One, who made me willow,
For days I missed you with me,
You got extremely busy.
I questioned myself for days,
Was I who made you upset?
I did what I could think of
To bring you back, my lean on!
Oh, dear and leer hero.
Time opened my eyes in there.
You’ve never been there for me.
You’ve never cared for me.
You were the one who needed me,
Whose broken, lost, in need of this!
Whose pain was greater than yours,
Whose cries were louder than hope
Whose world was even smaller,
Whose patience much shorter,
Who needed love from others,
On whom you held the power.
Oh, scared and shuttered hero,
Your secret is safe with me.
This scar wouldn't stand out on me.
I'll heal again.
I'm on it.
