i often do a little bit of research on topics i write about but i'm definitely not an expert. also, i like to give things a twist, so if you read something you know more about and you see things that don't check out: it's either for the sake of the story that i gave it a twist or i don't know what the f**k i'm talking about... please don't kill me for writing fiction ^-^
one more thing: if my story needs a villain, i mostly pick an idol who i don't really know but could pull off the character (based on looks) 
what i wanna say with that is: i don't think they are a bad person and i don't want to insult anyone (with my stories, if i do want to insult someone... it'll be clear ) (-.-)
