I was born in the United Kingdom in 1966, lived a short while in the West Indies, and have spent most of my formative years growing up in Toronto, Canada. My rich cultural background and exposure to wondrous worlds of diversity has enriched my experiences. Nothing has been lost on me. I weave my vast collection of memories and observations into stories.

With my imaginative spirit it is no wonder I found myself addicted to the craft of writing. From poetry, to blogs, to journaling, to novels, to children's books, and memoirs, I have written them all.

I believe living a creative life and having a healthy outlet is key to keeping the mind vibrant and young. My wish is to inspire readers to do some soul searching, to play full out, and to enjoy the incredible journey called life. I am delighted to share my work with you.
