Through the years I have written mainly in the Free Verse Style of Poetry.

In High school (a long time ago in a galaxy far away- lol) I  learned about Abecedarius  and Acrostic Style of Poetry and fell in love with the concept.

Abecedarius - a poem having lines beginning with letters of the alphabet in regular order

Acrostic  - A poetical form derived from the abecedarian, which spells out names or words through the first letter of each line.
