Alpha Kane Review
This is a paid Story on AnyStories by Amina Adamou and edited by lanettekulesaapr04 and I would highly recommend it. I’m a picky reader and I’m especially picky when it comes to fantasy and paranormal books. Mainly because it’s my favourite genre. I originally read this when it was on Wattpad and I really enjoyed.
This book will have you entertained throughout the entirety of the story. The main protagonists Ember Yale, describes herself as weak and nerdy, but from my opinion she a very strong girl. She faced rejection from her mate and then was repeatedly bullied by him and other werewolves; even humans. Also, Ember is a little insecure and it easy to understand why, however she never gave in and continues to try and prove that she is strong.
As for her mate Kane Wilder who you will see or hear mentioned quite frequently will have you thinking he’s a jerk for a very long time. Even when he’ll show some redeeming quality, he’ll still seem like a jerk. Now don’t get me wrong he is a very entertaining character and yet it doesn’t mean he isn’t in the least bit frustrating. There is no doubt in my mind when I tell you this guy is bipolar. It’s the combination of that and his snarky attitude that has me wish I could jump right into the book and smack the living cramp out of him, but sadly I cannot.
As for the other characters I quite enjoyed seeing their interactions with each other and especially with Ember. Ian is Ember’s best friend and he has a childish personality which makes him funny and over all an amazing character. Ember also has another friend named Aster, she is very supportive and gives Ember advice when she needs it.
They will be apart where Ember and Aster will have a little drift from each other and it will be very surprising, or at least it was for me.
