When I was 13 years old this creepy lady came up to me and my friends and said “you can hear the trees talking,” then you she hugged us and left. I was creeped out for the rest of the summer

She still live at my complex, but one time I saw her walk up to my friend and hugged them for now reason, then a week later, she went up to on other person and hugged them. WHAT IS WITH THIS LADY IN HUGGING PEOPLE? DOES SHE NOT KNOW WHAT PERSONAL SPACE IS? And the scary part is she will always say something creepy to them then walk off like nothin just happened.
