Wattpad is deleting books without any reasons and explanation. Many writer are complaining about it. I suggest keep a copy of the draft somewhere else. In case they delete any of your book. You can repost again or on any other platform.
          
          And stop uploading for some time. Unpublished your book. You can publish it again once the matter is settled down
