-Wash your hands for AT LEAST 20 seconds
-Wear protective gear when going outside
-Clean frequently used surfaces
-Avoid crowded areas, especially when not wearing protective gear
-Look out for people that are Immunocompromised (People with an Impaired Immune System) and 60+ people, these guys are more at risk to contract The Rona so do your best to keep them safe too!
-Stay at least 6 washing machines away from people, 7 if they are displaying flu-like symptoms such as coughing and sneezing.
DO NOT
-Hoard the toilet paper, The Rona does not give you lava butt.
-Hoard in general because there is more than just your family out there
-Hoard because others such as elderly or disabled people might need the materials more than you, but cannot get to them very quickly so leave some for them
-Plus when this is over you'll just have a bunch of stuff you don't need anymore and a lack of space, and if you throw it away you're being wasteful because somebody else could have needed that.
