Another mythical! Hello!

@UltimateSpear meditation and affirmations help, but I've found that it's easier to do it if you trigger them! It might take some trial and error to find your triggers, but for example, i can trigger super intense mental shifts by running through tall grass, "hunting" things, wearing clothes that resemble my true form, watching wolf videos and looking at pictures that kind of invoke feelings or memories of movement, if that makes sense... like pictures of wolves in poses where i can remember moving like that. I have a lamp that kinda feels like sunlight through leaves when I put it on a high shelf, so I can encourage shifts by using that in my room, and I have pretty good night vision, so going out in the dark and using it triggers m shifts too. it might take a while for you to get to that point if they don't come naturally, but to get started, "forcing" the shifts can help you get to a state where they can happen on their own, like forming a habit. The meditation will do that, especially with phantom shifts, focusing on the feeling and maintaining it will make it easier for them to come naturally.

@Sp4rklew0lf By the way, I've been looking for someone to teach me how to mental and phantom shift. I can't visualize very well (I have dreams sometimes, and I have a big imagination, but I can't visualize much of anything on command). Do I just have to meditate and repeat affirmations to myself or something?
