 It is not by your good works that saves you, it is soley by putting your trust and faith in Christ. Anyone who calls on the name of the lord will be saved, pray this for salvation, it is not the prayer that saves you but the heart: 
Dear Jesus, I admit that I am a sinner, but right now with the faith that you have given me, I put it in you, I believe you died on the cross for my sins, I believe you rose from the dead on the third day, and I'm asking you to save me, fill me with your holy spirit, and I make you the lord and boss of my life, in Jesus name, Amen. 
If you prayed this prayer and believe it in your heart, you are now a Child of God.
