If you would like to you can, I have no problem if you want to use my character in your story. I'm not sure if it [your CIS Empire story] is published or if you are going to publish the story once it is fully complete, but I would like to read it if I can/when it comes out, depending on how you are doing it. Also if you want any tips or need the idea/info of how the story progression/character arc of General Grim is going to play out I can give you that info if you would like.
