Hi I am Fatema I was the one who commented on the 'kafir' issue in Silence is Golden. I didn't want to explain to you in the comment section as to not offend any Christian are Jew so I decided to explain here.
So basically in Quran Allah says that there are 3 heavenly religions. Al Yahoodeyah=Judaism al Nasara=Christianity and of course Islam. The tawrah was sent to Musa (peace upon him) first to Bani Israel (the children of Israel) , then, whoever was Jewish was on the right religion and if he followed Musa correctly Allah promised him heaven. But as generations went by and the original followers of Musa died and there grand grandchildren died Bani Israel changed the tawrah from Allah's words to words of there own, which changed there religion from the right path to heaven to an excuse to do as they please, then Eysa come to the same tribe after a long time with the Engil (Bible) as his book. His original followers were true believers that there is one God and that is Allah but as generations came and went the same thing happened again making Christianity distorted. And after a long time came Islam the religion for all and the o ly heavenly religion that is not distorted.
in the original tawrah and Engil it was written that there would be a prophet that comes after their time and they were ordered to follow him.
So I guess you could say that the original Christians and Jews aren't disbelievers or 'kafireen' the were as much of a believer as any Muslim. But as for the current Christians and Jews they aren't on the right track.
@fatemasha3ban And when you say 3 heavenly religions are you implying that Christians and Jews can also go to heaven? Because if so I definitely know the answer to that. Please let me know if that's what you are saying. ❤
@fatemasha3ban { لَقَدْ كَفَرَ الَّذِينَ قَالُوا إِنَّ اللَّهَ ثَالِثُ ثَلَاثَةٍ وَمَا مِنْ إِلَهٍ إِلَّا إِلَهٌ وَاحِدٌ} السورة ورقم الآية: المائدة (73). I don't know if you speak Arabic or not but it basically means that anyone who believes that there are 3 gods is a kafir. {لَقَدْ كَفَرَ الَّذِينَ قَالُوا إِنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الْمَسِيحُ ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ} السورة ورقم الآية: المائدة (17). It says that all who believes that God is Jesus is a kafir { وَقَالَتِ الْيَهُودُ عُزَيْرٌ ابْنُ اللَّهِ وَقَالَتِ النَّصَارَى الْمَسِيحُ ابْنُ اللَّهِ ذَلِكَ قَوْلُهُمْ بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ يُضَاهِئُونَ قَوْلَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ قَبْلُ قَاتَلَهُمُ اللَّهُ أَنَّى يُؤْفَكُونَ * اتَّخَذُوا أَحْبَارَهُمْ وَرُهْبَانَهُمْ أَرْبَابًا مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ وَالْمَسِيحَ ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ وَمَا أُمِرُوا إِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُوا إِلَهًا وَاحِدًا لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ سُبْحَانَهُ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ} {التوبة:30-31}. This means: The Jews say, "Ezra is the son of Allah "; and the Christians say, "The Messiah(christ) is the son of Allah." That is their statement from their mouths; they imitate the saying of those who disbelieved [before them]. May Allah destroy them; how are they deluded? They have taken their scholars and monks as lords besides Allah, and [also] the Messiah, the son of Mary. And they were not commanded except to worship one God; there is no deity except Him. Exalted is He above whatever they associate with Him. So the Christians and jews nowadays are kafireen but there are a lot of types of Christianity and Judaism and I'd like to think that is there are some who believe in one God secretly. Besides the prophet Mohamad didn't call them kafireen he called them Yahood and Nasara, so as a way of following in the prophet's footsteps and as a way of not judging every Christian and Jew out there that he is a kafir without knowing his inner soul I learned that it is better to call them Yahood and Nasara.
