Someone asked me the other day if I have to include homophobia in every story I write.
          I’m sorry but if you can’t handle the fact that homophobia is part of being gay. Rather it’s from your family, friends, strangers, or even yourself. It will happen.
          Not only that but I grew up in a religious household and I’m gay AND trans. I can’t not write the truth. If you don’t like that go find most other gay stories, probably not even written by someone who’s gay or knows what they’re talking about. If you can’t accept the sad reality then ignore it. Just like every other straight cis person. Let another generation have the same experience millions of generations before us have.
          It’s not nice to read. I know. But it’s the truth. I’m sorry if this hurts someone’s feelings but I can’t ignore the only thing every single queer person has gone through. This is ours and not yours. I’m sorry
