it was not just the woman he loved, and thought loved him, but some cops he thought of as friends as close as brothers where on the first mob boss's pay roll,  and the higher ups picked him as the cover for the woman he thought loved him but it was all a cover to bring down the first mob boss.   when he left the police as he could no longer trust any of them.  he had no one to turn to and the betrayal burned away at his mind until he became something far worse than what they betrayed him to stop.  they hurt, betrayed, and broke the heart of a good man ,and cop.  then with no one to help him he fell into darkness then when he came back he become one of the greatest dangers to them all a emotionless, heartless, being one that with out wearing his metal mask has eyes that feel like mirror that you fell like are looking into your soul, and a a voice as cold and emotionless as death it self.  You could say it is like another saying. "The road to ruin is paved with good intentions"  their good intention where to bring down one big time mob boss, but those actions would make something far far worse.  your thoughts?

@newstory38 For the voice I thinking of Shredder from 2003 because nigga scared the shit out of him. Also it is kinda crazy to think about as if he justifies his actions and he was used by the woman he loved(Does that sound familiar) so who wouldn't crash out on that.

Well the man in the metal mask is the cop who was betrayed, but it was the mob boss who had him wear the mask.  the reason is that the man's eyes are dead and his voice is with out any emotion ( think of one of the scariest villeins you know of and how scary they talk in a flat emotionless voice. that is how that man voice is now when ever he talks.) so the mob boss had him wear a metal mask that hid his face and give him a robot like voice because his eyes and voice even make the mob boss's skin crawl.  After leaving the police and vanishing the betrayal burned his mind sharping his computer skills and focus.  his mane drive is to remove the hidden starting with all those who like the ones that used him.  he is the one made all the new systems that even find out what part of the government the agents, or what kind of cop they are.  now after being used and betrayed by those around him thinking that "the means justify the ends" learn that some times the means can make a danger far bigger then they ever thought possible.   What do you think?

@Spiderbeast32 If I were in MHA world My quirk would be Magnetism. Because I could use anything that has  metal and control them to my will. The drawbacks would be The more metal I control the more strain it's puts on my body.
