Hi! I hope you don't mind me leaving this here. I happened across your page while exploring other writers on here, and I wanted to respectfully leave an invitation for you—or anyone else who happens to see this.
I've recently begun publishing a psychological poetry collection about a woman and the shadow she's spent years blaming for everything ugly inside of her. Each poem follows their relationship as it slowly changes, along with the reader's understanding of which one of them they should actually be afraid of.
It's about beauty, self-destruction, buried anger, love, grief, and what happens when the parts of ourselves we've abandoned finally learn how to speak.
There are only three pieces published so far, so anyone who finds it now would be entering at the very beginning.
I won't leave the title or tag my work here because I don't want to turn another writer's space into an advertisement. But if any part of this sounds like something you'd want to read, you know where to find me.
