I really like your novel “heart out of reach” and the mental health aspect, I like that the mental illness is not focused on riff alone but also Philip, sometimes even Riff is scared of Philip obsession, Don’t make Philip weak, also elaborate more on his fascination with blood, yes Riff has his own mental illness but my Darling Philip should not be overshadowed. Anyways your novel is good, glad I came across it..
