@lily_garden_girl great question ^-^ I usually use a website called pixlr on my computer but when I'm on my iPad I used apps like wattpad cover, pic collage, and some others. I hope this helps and it takes some time to make a perfect cover. Just keep on trying.
I have a question: How do you make the covers for your stories? I've seen so many stories with a custom made cover and I don't know how to do it. ;_;
