@Pantheraleo123 We both know that some devotees are very dear to Mahadev especially Mata Gandhari. Even though everyone is equal to Mahadev. We also know that Dusshala is innocent in the enmity between Karna's Family and Hastinapur Royals. We also know that even though Mata Gandhari loves all of her children equally but Dusshala is very close to her than her other kids. If anything happens to Dusshala will hurt Mata Gandhari a lot. So, if Dusshala stays happy Mata Gandhari too will be happy. So, to at least give Mata Gandhari a bit of happiness, he told Karna to do something for Mata Gandhari. Karna's family and Mata Gandhari shares same enmity even though she is now a part of Hastinapur Royals. So, if Karna managed to make Mata Gandhari happy it will automatically make Mahadev happy
