I'm bored but read this if you are the therapist in your friend group, or you have a friend that is the therapist in your groups.
I myself is not a therapist or comforter by any means, I have severe problems and I don't do anything to get help. ANYWHO! That's not important, therapist friends will help you, comfort you, and listen to you. But think about what THEY need, with them taking in all this information it can overstress them and then at points sometimes they will think (not saying most of them do) that all they are useful for is helping and listening to you. If you think or know your therapist friend is stressed, listen to them for once okay? It might help them.

P.S. Don't ask me what's wrong with me or I will end up crying talking about it, I hate burdening people with my troubles and I don't want to burden you. So please don't ask me I literally no joke started crying when I wrote this note.
