I must look incompetent, having to re-edit the same chapter 3 or 4 times in five minutes. I'm battling with spacing issues. It's called COPY / PASTE--not COPY and then paste without spaces. Seriously... who codes this crap and who's to blame?
          
          And thanks to @kv_wilson for catching some minor errors my tired eyes would never see.
          
          Chapter 22 will come later today (hopefully).

@Staci_the_Writer I'm not sure. Some kind of glitch in their (WP) system.
            
            I do know that different word processors and such give different results. Word tends to just do the bottom paragraph when copied and pasted from there. While Open Office goes crazy and takes out spaces everywhere throughout the chapter when copied and pasted from there. I haven't tried Google Docs or anything else.

I wonder why it happens though. It's maddening! Sometimes I get extra spaces between paragraphs, but the actual paragraphs themselves will have words smooshed together as if the spacebar didn't work.

@Staci_the_Writer Wattpad eats the spaces *after* you hit post. Not when you paste. You'll never find them until after you post the chapter, and then when you go back, put them back in, and post again . . . sometimes, it eats different spaces. It's the most annoying thing ever. LOL. I learned to immediately go back into edit mode after posting and pinpointing the missing spaces with Grammarly (almost all that's good for, lol).  I add the spaces back and repeat until there are no more missing spaces. :-)

Chapter 18 is up. It's one of the longer chapters, clocking in at a little over 3,000 words.

@SahiraJ Any feedback is appreciated. 
            
            I only hope I can keep up the editing process. Sure, some chapters are simple fixes, but others require a complete rewrite.
