I just saw this somewhere:
          Being an overthinker is actually a cruel condition to live with. There is never Peace up there. From  the moment you open your eyes in the morning, your brain goes at 300km/ h. Trash.
          
          It's a tough condition to let go of, especially if it saves you at times but makes your mind a whole dark poisonous place!.
          
          :) This is  truth and quiet relatable, i just hope anyone going through the same situation can learn to overcome it in one way or another!!
