When I was in grade 5, our teacher didn't care about what we did. A girl would pretend to be my friend, then say mean things. Maybe that was her idea of showing me that we were close, but if it was, I didn't want to be her friend. One of my friends, who was also a victim, was bullied physically by her. The bullying stopped when we got into grade 6 with a much better teacher, making it a much better year. The girl tried to be nicer to us, but I couldn't forgive what she did, at least not that soon. I know, this makes me sound like a terrible Christian, but it's true. It's not easy forgiving someone who brings you down. In grade 6, she targeted the younger students, one being my sister. I don't like seeing the people I care about get hurt. Now I'm in grade 7 and I'm standing up for myself, for my friends, for my family, and everyone else who has been bullied.
