I love when I enjoy a movie and then look up reviews and find that nobody else fucking liked it except for the 10(out of like almost 100) good reviews that are disliked to hell for no apparent reason
          
          sure it wasnt the best movie but CALM DOWN GANG??? its not rlly the movies fault if theyre trying to make a modern take on a really old book(like 1898 I think) and u expect them to do it word for word, especially if the WHOLE POINT OF MAKING A MODERN TAKE IS TO DO IT DIFFERENTLY. its not MEANT to be a serious movie from what i can tell cuz it doesnt even take itself seriously to begin with 
          its a silly and funny movie but GOD FORBID assholes on the internet have any joy or glee in their lives so i guess thats my bad for assuming id get lucky >:((
