Soo, The Sky Threw Stars is my first attempt at poetry and yes, now that I look back at it, half of it is... Real bad- (actually most of it)
Yet I think certain pieces, oh some of those poem, I believe 15 year old me did a pretty good job at em.
With this said, from the time I returned to Wattpad after disappearing for quiet some time, I wanted to remake TSTS or take it down altogether but I didn't wanna get rid of the comments or replies because- some of those people, man I miss my old poets group ;-;
I have lotta memories with that book and all so I don't think I'll take it down after much thought (and also I wanted people to cringe at some of my very first poems).
So I'm asking this to my followers, since I'm working on a new poetry book, not like Aureate which is full of short stories or snippets, this new book will have poems and quotes. So I wanted to know, if I should move/copy the "good" poems from TSTS to this new book or not.

@Star_Smoke_XXIV Young words are just that. And, even for people who are seasoned writers, not everything they write is going to be gold every single time. While I understand your want for opinions from your followers, I think this is really the author’s choice. I’ll be honest, I rarely read a book twice. Newer eyes will be seeing your older works, your followers of the future, if you will. You have to decide if you want to reveal your past self to those future people. It is a chronicle of who you were, and if you don’t want others to see that, then take the poems you like most and perhaps date them to show their age. Or don’t. :P It’s all in what your pride wants. I, personally, leave my poems where they are because there might be a day where I come back to visit them and think “Hmm, you know, I could rewrite this better.” And then give it new life, for better or for worse. Whatever you choose, make sure you store them somewhere or have backups. There’ll come a day when you’ll wonder where a certain one went and then it will be lost to time. I’ve lost a few this way and I wish I could find them. :(

@Star_Smoke_XXIV Lol that's totally something I would do! xD Also, pending on if you want "real" mythology or not, video games also lend great lore for poems. For example, if you like complete insanity and Skyrim, the Daedric Prince Sheogorath and his Wabbajack would be a good topic. ^_^

It's ironic really, I think about my present as I live it, how one day I'll be missing these dumbass kids in my class. The other day walking through my college as a 12th grader with my friend, we went through the primary sections corridor and I felt so warm there, as if the million memories of kids who were once here and have already passed out from the school were being conveyed by the colourful walls.
I kinda also miss my high school sometimes lol, one day I was in 6th grade watching the farewell of the 10th as they laughed and cried as their school years were displayed to all of us and next day it was me in 10th watching the same.
I have so many years of growing stilll to do, a whole life ahead to enjoy but the days go fast, like the cool winds in the summers. A ghost of untold tales running away with it.

I'm gonna try getting active on here again, no promises but I'm really going to try.
Yeah I've been gone too long and avoiding so much of stuff here but I believe I should take small steps and face it. The developments will be slow, I'll be starting with a makeover of my profile and bio specifically to call for motivation.
I've been writing a few snippets and free style poems and I'm really excited to publish them here. I do need some covers and moodboards done for the same and would be very happy if anyone who's a graphic designer or knows a good one can reach out to me on the same ;-;
I hope y'all are doing good and safe, if you aren't, hey it's alright, I've been hella depressed lately too but we gotta keep pushing ^ ^
